1. General Return Policy
At LRNOVA (“we” or the “Company”), we are committed to providing high-quality AI-powered educational and training solutions. Due to the digital nature of our Services and the resources used to create custom AI-generated content, payments for subscriptions and Services are generally non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below or where required by applicable law.
Refunds are granted at our discretion and are subject to the eligibility criteria and conditions set forth in this Policy.
2. Eligibility for refund requests
2.1 Service Not Meeting Your Needs
If you feel that the Services did not meet your expectations or project requirements, you may request a refund within 15 days of the original subscription purchase date.
Refund requests under this section will only be considered if:
Minimal AI-generated content has been created or used, and
You provide a detailed explanation outlining why the Services did not meet your needs.
2.2 Forgotten Subscription
We understand that some subscribers may forget about an active subscription. However, refunds are generally not provided for past subscription periods during which the Services were available, in line with standard practices for digital subscription services.
2.3 Billing or Cancellation Errors
If you previously requested a subscription cancellation or refund and believe the request was not processed correctly, please contact us and provide the details of your original request (including the email used). We will review the case and determine whether a refund is appropriate.
2.4 Unauthorized Charges
If you believe a subscription fee was charged due to unauthorized use of your payment method, please:
Contact your bank or credit card provider to report the unauthorized transaction and prevent further unauthorized use.

3. How to request a return
3.1 Submitting a Refund Request (Web/Desktop)
To submit a refund request:
Submit a request via the LRNOVA Support Portal, or
Email our support team at support@lrnova.com with the following information:
Full name and the email associated with your account.
A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
Relevant invoices, subscription details, and screenshots, if available.
Please attach any supporting documents that may assist in reviewing your request.
3.2 Subscriptions Purchased via App Stores
If the subscription was purchased through an app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), billing and refunds are handled by the platform provider:
Apple App Store subscribers must request a refund via Apple’s system (e.g., reportaproblem.apple.com).
Google Play Store subscribers must follow Google’s refund procedures via the Play Store or Google support.
LRNOVA does not control third-party billing systems.
4. Reviewing return requests and making a decision
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the following factors:
Eligibility under this Policy.
The extent of use of AI content creation resources.
Timing of the request relative to the purchase date.
Supporting documents or evidence provided.
You will be notified of the decision via the email associated with your account. If a refund is approved, the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Cancel subscription
Submitting a refund request does not replace the need to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges. To cancel your subscription:
Log in to your LRNOVA account.
Navigate to: Account Settings > Subscriptions.
Follow the provided steps to cancel.
Please note that cancellation requests are processed as promptly as possible, and you remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to the completion of the cancellation.
6. Taxes and fees
Refunds typically cover subscription or service fees only.
Taxes, platform fees, or third-party processing costs may not be refundable, in accordance with local laws and payment agreements
7. Amendments to this policy
LRNOVA may update this Refund Policy at any time. The revised terms become effective upon posting with a new effective date.
Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
